rpger30
I've been bouncing an idea around in my head since I rolled up my fourth character. I've shelved the previous three and will now be shelving this fourth character as well. I've really enjoyed the game, so don't get the wrong idea. Mostly I've been biding my time for the last month while waiting for the CK. I'm looking forward to making a worthwhile player home so that rolling my next character won't be so painful. So during the creation of these four characters, I've played a poorly specialized warrior, a thief/assassin with too little combat emphasis, a mage, and now another warrior. Before I get too far with this last character, I'm just going to go ahead and dump her too. So the idea I've been mulling is a character with more balance between the different disciplines, but with a bent towards the stealthy arts. Main Skills:stealth (maxed)pickpocketalchemy (stopping at concentrated poison)light armor (skipping only matched set)block (maxed)one-handed (blades only, no dual wield, skipping "top 3" perks)marksman (maxed)illusion (maxed)enchanting (full center of tree) I'll be able to get all the perks I really want by about level 60, and I could spend the rest on either alteration or restoration and a smattering of other skills. To go with the new skills focus, I've also decided to change how I play the different questlines. Previously, I've limited myself to 2-3 guilds per character and focused intensely on their storylines. This time around, I'd like to try all the guilds with one character, while taking each quest line more slowly. I would also LOVE to play dragon-free (indefinitely), but the way the main quest is integrated into Whiterun makes that very difficult. I really enjoy living in Whiterun and having access to Dragonreach.
