AFT Broken Follower

Not to revive a thread or anything but I too have had the issue that OP had. I followed sLoPpY's instructions and that fixed them normally, but now I can't seem to get those followers to all follow me at once; they'll only follow me one at a time now rather than all together. I have reset AFT as well and this didn't fix the issue, for now I'm just gonna go on as is as the other tweaks are nice. I haven't actually tested if any followers I hadn't been with yet would be affected. The followers I had were Lydia, Mjoll, and Aranea (The Azura chick).

its funny i use AFT for many years with out problems i also use the boost version to get 7 followers

everything works fine

 

i also have the mod sassy teen girls and i can get easy 7 of them with out problems

 

but after years to try out followers and even custom followers i figure out its not AFT that give problems but that some self made followers mess up with AFT

becouse i try out some followers on nexus play the game and i get a warning left above my screen that AFK is missing something ??

 

so when i talk her/him to join me my other follower just walk away

i think weird so after many tests i figure out its was that type of follower i remove her/him and wola all was fixed

 

and lydia iona and jordis i had them all 3 with out problems

that's what i figure out in all those years

I figured out the issue, I had moved the load order of all my mods and it corrupted AFT. I wasn't that far in my run (like 2-3 days) so I'm just redoing everything.
