CK Unknown Error on Login - Troubleshooting

The CK will not let me login and it has been doing this for months, despite trying literally everything (password changes, uninstall and reinstall, contacting Bethesda who surprise surprise were no help). I'd really like to port some of my mods over to console on my own page, yet I'm not getting anywhere and it's driving me insane. Have any of you had this error, and if so, how did you fix it? :dry:

 

Edit: my Bethesda and steam accounts are linked etc etc

The CK uses your Avatars screen name, not your e-mail address.

 

Log into Bethesda web site in the browser first.

 

verify you can log on.

 

The CK bypasses certain things but the avatar name and password are the same.

Run the app in my spoiler once, go step by step and when you get to the part "where" you install it at? choose a difernt spot.

 

continue, because you have to be logged on to do all of that in the first place,Post a screen shot of the web page when your logged on with the use of the browser.

 

I go an hour from this point to get you logged in.
