Adding Pose

hi,

i downloaded mod Legendary Armor and Weapon in this pack i got some actor pose, but i must add to an existing mod to use them(no esp for pose included, and i don't know how create one...).

in the package are present various file with .KF extension... now how can i use them or add to another existing pose mod? (i use yet narae and goma)
