LE Wind effect Trees adn Animal Follower

HI,

There are 2 mods i want.

First.

The Wind isnt effecting teh trees so their leafs/tree branches arent moving at all.

there was a mod for this in oblivion and i would be nice to ahve it back.

 

Second.

Having wolfes/sabercats/foxes as followers like the dogs or an better borsmer power that makes wolfes to follower
