hey ya, i was wondering with so many mods around, which mods would you guys suggest me to use? also does this mod's i listed below will severely slow down my machine(apart from the visual upgrades) stuff like the OOO mod, will it require more computer muscle ?

I was surfing around and 3 caught my eye.

1. Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul

2. That visual mod bundle on gamespot

3. Living economy mod.

Do tell me the pro's and cons. Since you guys have the experience using this mods, or other mods.

Check the top 100 list. if they were bad, or if they cause a lot of problems they won't be on the list. These are the mods that a lot of people use. Nobody uses the same mods so you need to look them over and decide which mods suit your play style.

Bben is right, no one can tell what are the mods for you. For example, I never cared to use eye-candy mods, but they are for sure among the most downloaded ones.

I tend to favore those that enhance gameplay or add useful but non unbalancing features.

If this is what you are looking for, I tell you what mods IMO should have never existed, because they should have already been part of the vanilla game. They are:

- Expanded hotkeys & spell delete

- Portable campsite

- Landmarks w/ wells

- House map markers (I use 'only bought' version)

- Marksman velocity

- More arrows recovered

- Gardening

- Streamline

- Short grass

- Low poly grass

Do not fear about incompatibility, I use them and many other since long time without problems.
