I was thinking it could probably be tiered, like: 45 Smithing, 45 Speech: 150 gold coins55 Smithing, 45 Speech: 300 gold coins65 Smithing, 45 Speech: 450 gold coins75 Smithing, 45 Speech: 600 gold coins85 Smithing, 45 Speech: 750 gold coins95 Smithing, 45 Speech: 900 gold coins100 Smithing, 45 Speech: 1000 gold coins The reason for Speech is because the higher your speech the more familiar you probably are with bartering and how gold looks.
