Why is this happening to my map?

Hi, I hope someone can shed some light on this mystery bug I'm having. Sometimes when I go to look at the map, I get this dark blue blurred out version and the only thing that clears it up is if I fast travel to another spot or re-load the game. It's happening more frequently as I progress through my game which is starting to worry me. I've never had this issue before so it's very strange. With that said, I have tried a new ENB (Celerity ENB) that recommends Climates of Tamriel and ELE Lite be used. I had tried this ENB without ELE Lite and kept getting weird drops in FPS when in combat.. as soon as I downloaded ELE, it stopped.... that was weird in itself but I went with it.. now I'm getting this weird map issue.

 

Is there a .ini tweak that I might have incorrect to cause such an issue? I did turn off the ENB and the problem disappeared.. so with thinking that might be the issue, I asked on the comments of that ENB preset but haven't received a response from the mod author yet.. so I thought I'd ask here to see if anyone knew what was going on. Any help would be much appreciated, thank you!!!

Check your characters health level.

Thanks for the information. I have experienced this when using the 3d map mods or mods that alter maps. Either way, try waiting a few ingame hours and see if that fixes it. If not, just restart the game.

His or her shot shows some sort of disorientation taking place, it effects pretty much every things based on the description of the error?

 

I know near death will do so too. Poison? It's just and experienced guess based in the picture.

 

Some times I am editing things hot in game and can't see what it is I edited because I forget the health.

 

IF the health is pumped up to full and some sleep period added? TGM to test world spaces for the error once again. Under that mode, you might see Blurring take place but not remain.

 

IT depends and a lot of things.

 

To me, it's just an annoying thing that goes on.

 

IF the problem goes away, you can return to normal game play.

Hmmm... well my health was/is full when this happens.. no poisoning or diseases or anything like that. I don't have any map mods installed.. so I'm basically at a loss as to why this is happening. It's not a constant bug.. it comes and goes but it was happening very rarely when it started showing up.. now it's happening more frequently. Like I had stated originally.. this map issue clears up when I re-load.. sometimes it does when I fast travel but then sometimes not. It's so very frustrating.. lol. Thanks guys for your input.. I guess I'll just have to deal with it.
