ENB, fires, smokes water disapear

Ive recently reinstalled skyrim and i am attempting to install the enb, Snapdragon Prime

For some odd reason when i installed this enb and enable enb effects in game things such as fires, smokes from fires, water, fire from lamps and the fog from the water mills etc... just disapear, but when i disable the enb by clicking Shift F12 these effects and water reappear .

I took everything from the wrapper file and replaced the files with this enb as it stated and installed mods in this order.

1. SKSE

2. SMIM

3. NLA

4. ELFX " This mod stated that only interiors should be installed, and i installed exteriors so i reinstalled it to fix what i did"

5. Partical Patch " Installed the all in one version and used the nexus mod manager to install it"

6. Realistic Water Two

 

7. Watercolor for ENB

8. Realistic Sun for ENB

9. Alternative start "everything also disapears with ENB mod enabled inside the prison.

What is going on?
