Recent Files list corruption?

Am I missing something here?

 

So, I was wandering through the list of files (from the menu: Files --> New Recently) (sorted by date). About page 304, the list of files runs from December 12th, 2007, through the 7th of December, but no 11th. Instead, the 10 of December looks to be a mash-up of PHP code or something. This continues on the 9th and any date earlier. The error seems to exist and reproduce for both FireFox 10.0 and Internet Explorer 9.0. Tried clearing my cache, but the problem persists.

 

Any thoughts?
