First person camera messes up when staggered

I have this very strange bug, that when my character gets staggered by a hit, the camera glitches out to angles it isn't supposed to. So that for example, when i block a hit the camera zooms out a bit so that i can see my floating arms swinging in the air. The angle can also change to my characters feet so i have to look at the top of the screen to see whats going on.

I have been searching everywhere for a fix but nobody seems to have this problem. This bug makes the game pretty much unplayable so i would be very happy if anybody could help.

I already tried disabling all mods but even then i still have this bug.

Note that i had this bug before enhanced camera was installed.
