Starscream21
Hello, Can someone inform me of a tool capable of importing the Skyrim animations into 3DS Max? Or a converter that can convert it into a file type that Max can import? The thing is, I am importing Alduin in another game (Starcraft II) to see how it works, and it is going well so far. I'm having another error but that's unrelated to Max, I think. Starscream21
Sorry for the necro, but that thread seems to be locked, and the hkxcmd seems to crash as soon as I start it up.... The command line blinks and crashes instantly.

Starscream21
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/windows-command-prompt-introduction/ The regular cmd starts just fine, it's this one I downloaded from your link that crashes only, that's why I'm posting it here, I would simply google it too if it was all cmd operations. throttlekitty
Running cmd alone isn't enough, you will need to change directories to where you unpacked hkxcmd to, and run it there.ex:cd\Skytools\hkxcmd hkxcmd Also, thread 2 was linked from the first:http://forums.bethsoft.com/topic/1336657-rel-havok-animation-converter-thread-2/Bethsoft forums lock topics at around 200 posts. I unpacked hkxcmd to the folder in which I extracted Animations.bsa, unless you're refering to some other directory
throttlekitty
d:\skytools\hkxcmd is where i unpacked mine to, just using that as an example. In your case, you will need to use the changedir command: "cd" to move to that folder to run hkxcmd.exe
