FOMM Trouble

I've recently ran into my first problem with FOMM. I had roughly 40 mods installed, working perfectly. There were a lot of mods that I started to really dislike so instead of being smart and just highlighting them in FOMM and deactivating them I was stupid and just wiped out the folder where I had all of them saved. Obviously this has messed up my game, I digress. I've reinstalled both FO3 and FOMM, deleted all related folders, etc etc. Now when I try to run FOMM I get these 2 messages from 2 mods I USE to have;

"1pipboypda.fomod" was deleted without being deactivated. If you don't uninstall the FOMod, FOMM will close and you will have to put the FOMod back in the mods folder. Would you like to uninstall the missing FOMod?" I click yes and then

"A problem occurred during uninstall: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. The mod was not uninstalled."

After that it's the same error, but for "dui_f3a11.fomod".

So I know it's from having the DUI Interface mod and the PDA Pipboy replacers, I've tried redownloading those files and maually installing them hoping that when I ran FOMM it would officially uninstall them but that doesn't seem to work. So FOMM will not open until those mods are officially uninstalled, but I just don't know where they'd be, I've deleted everything, EVERYTHING, reinstalled so on and so forth. This is my crashdump report that I get, please halp! >.<

Hey. Im having the same problem. Did you ever find a solution?

Sadly no, I ended up nitpicking through my computer deleting any related file to Fallout, it was a huge pain. I hope you have better luck and find a solution brother. Sorry I couldn't be any help.
