My game randomly freezes outside after a couple of minutes

I have 200+ mods installed, and they're mostly the same as what I had installed in my previous playthrough, which lasted for a week or two without much of a hitch until it started crashing randomly. Funnily enough, it wasn't the fault of any of the mods, but of a vanilla critter bug that apparently wasn't covered by USSEP. It was game-breaking, and corrupted my save. I only knew it was a vanilla bug after I had uninstalled all the mods, and so now I started from scratch, with a few different mods, without a few of the previous ones.

Again, the majority of the mods and the load order are similar to the last one, and I took as much care as before in assembling them all properly. Here's the current load order (a few mods don't show up, like texture replacers and such): http://imgur.com/a/DEuwZ

This is what I've been getting from the Papyrus0.log: http://imgur.com/a/VuxK2

Thanks in advance for any kind soul that could help me. There's always some crap impeding me from enjoying this game with mods. Like, always. It's been years now and something always brings it all down.

Now after looking over your mods not sure if you have any for which were from Old skyrim that weren't ported over but if you do that in fact could be one thing for which you might want to look at. Also I know that with Open Cities I was getting random CTDs and since uninstalling the mod I've not crashed once. The drawback is the fact that I've got to deal with the Load screens when I enter the cities. These are just two things you might want to consider.

Open Cities has always worked fine for me. The only mod from old skyrim that I'm using right now is Sky UI, and I'm using a file that should work fine with the SE, since it's literally taken from the mod list of a streamer I watch who uses it without any issues.

You should run LOOT to get a more stable load order. Live another Life should not be so high up for example.
