Crash when leaving Riften Jail (PS3)

Hi, i seem to have suffered from a game-breaking crash :wallbash: ,

Firstly i entered the riften jail to talk to the guy called Sibbi, i collected two quests from him and i then went to leave the jail with lydia. However unfortunately when i left the jail the game just froze, but the game's music and sound effects continued. It did say auto-saving on the top left corner. So i restarted my PS3 and clicked on continue but i went straight to leaving the jail door and it froze again. I've even loaded the slightly older save (where i entered the jail before talking to the Sibbi) and tried to leave again, but it crashed. I even turned of auto save before i left and sent Lydia out before me but it still crashed.

Therefore i'm wondering if there is anyway to use my save-file, if not and i load a file which has 2 hours less playtime ( ) will the game crash again when i get to that point. Also can the v1.4 patch solve this?

Please note that may save-file is not too large i have about 9 hours of playtime.

Any response will be appreciated!

This site is for the PC version. And that is not a known PC bug. Not many members even bother with PS3. You may get a better response on a site dedicated to the console version.

Hello,

just today Skyrim delivered me to the desktop for the first time, right after I finished the Elf Dude's quest in Riften Jail.

I had already completed Sibbi's quest with the horse, so I've been in and out the jail for a few times before - now I'm stuck inside the jail, though. Whenever I leave through the door, I wind up on the Desktop.

Yes, I'm on the PC, too.

Any insight would be appreciated greatly, as I don't particularly feel like re-rolling just yet.

EDIT: The game crashes as well when I'm trying to leave through teleporting (cheat), so I suppose that the savegame for some reason took a dive.
