prisoners camps

So been looking into expanding the immersion level some what...What Skyrim is missing is prisoner camps from the on going war...wouldn't there be prisoners in war? Also would it not make sense to see prisoners captured at bandits and forsworn camps as raiding parties would take people perhaps even to sell or ransom?....we see this once "maybe" if your married they may take your wife and hold them for ransom. Skyrim has some of these things already Thalmor walking prisoners ect but that is all not much else. Does something like this exist or how hard would it be to make something like this?

It would seem the resources are in place just the idea is not.
