Complimentary Mod 'Packs'

Hi everyone,

So I watched a recent video by Brodual in which he featured the mod Diverse Skyrim (not yet available for SSE but coming soon!).

He recommended that to get the best out of this mod you could run it with other mods to enhance it such as Open Faced Guard Helmets, Imperious and Immersive Patrols.

I'll definitely be trying this when Diverse Skyrim is available.

I was thinking it would be good to start a thread with users suggesting similar 'packs' based on other criteria. The criteria can be anything you like; vegetation, wildlife, towns/cities, combat, perks, survival, music/sounds etc.

The only requests I would make is that at least some of the included mods should be available for Special Edition and that we avoid graphics mods (these are covered in plenty of other threads and guides).

I'm currently using the following mods as a 'survival pack'

Frostfall

Campfire

iNeed

Hunterborn

Wet & Cold

Wearable Lanterns

Mods to add once available

Get Snowy

Fishing in Skyrim

So let me know what ideas you guys have.

Thanks,

I happened to see another Brodual video where he put together a few mods as a Wildlife overhaul. I am now using these plus a few others to form a wildlife overhaul pack:

SkyTEST - Realistic Animals & Predators

skyBirds

Birds of Skyrim

Birds & Flocks

Ducks & Swans

Oh God Bees

Wild Herds of Skyrim

Wild Penguins

Sea of Spirits

Yep - that's a lot of birds!

I'm also keeping an eye on the Mihail Monsters & Animals mods as these look very interesting.

Will also add Immersive Creatures once that becomes available

Hi Ascendancy,

I seem to change my tree mods every 2 months or so. Doesn't matter what I use I seem to get bored after a while and fancy a change. I'm currently using:

Enhanced Vanilla Trees

HQ Tree Bark (with lush trees)

Unique Flowers & Plants

Verdant

Skyrim is Windy

Plus a load of retextures for some plants, flowers and ingredients etc.

It's worth noting that the top 3 are Oldrim mods and I've not tested them long term - seem to be ok though!

I tried Blowing In The Wind for a while but couldn't justify the number of ESPs it took up just to make the lamps and signposts swing.
