LE Imperial leather cap

Was trying to make a simple mod using the imperial leather cap, but i've run into problems, invisble textures, bald hair spots, no tangetspace and no modelspace normal errors are driving me mad.

I'll probably still be throwing myself at 3ds max and nifscope, but maybe someone else makes this.
