Lighting mods Causing screen "dimming"

Hello Nexus,

Have a weird issue with lighting mods that are causing a dimming effect that makes the view extremely dark to the point that I can't see. I've been searching for anyone that has this issue but I've come up with nothing. I'm including a link to a video to show off the issue. Basically looks like when no light sources are in camera view, it dims like its activating the adaptive eye feature but instead causes this bug. Currently have an enb, and lighting overhaul on. Also submitted a support ticket to bethesda as well.

Thanks in advance for your time and help.

If your sure it's a mod for which is doing this Bethesda won't help as the game is modded. Now since you believe it's a lighting mod Un install all lighting mods and make a clean save. I.load the game and then make a fresh save. Do not save over an old game. Then install maybe 2 or 3 of the mods at a time testing it the same way as above with the clean save. No once it starts happening again go back to the last 2 or 3 mods for which you installed and activated un install them and then make a clean save and test them 20 or 3 out one at a time till you find the culprit that is causing the issues and get rid of it all together.

Thanks for the response. As for Bethesda, they got back quick with some additional questions which i gave them the info they needed and await further replies. For the cause I disabled every mod i had and loaded them one by one to find the culprit. I had realistic lighting overhaul as the reason so i installed Enhanced lights and fx and came up with the same result. then disable both lighting mods and tried to use just an enb (skyrimSE Re-Engaged enb) for atmosphere and it also trigger the bug, but to a slight lesser degree. The video has the enb and realistic lighting overhaul active at night. During the day its fine unless i find a really dark corner.

I found running combinations of ENBs and Lighting mods can cause interiors and shadowed areas to become unreasonably dark, but in your video I literaly cant see anything. When I used ReEngaged and EleFX I had this problem, but I found a work around by downloading Reshade ( https://reshade.me/ ) and tweaking the settings till I had a decent light level. Mayhaps this will help you if you cant figure out the problem, as it won't make you get rid of anything you currently have, it just takes some... experimenting to get to look good.
