I would revalidate your game cache, and if that doesn't work, try a clean install. https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/906390-cleaning-skyrim-for-fresh-install/Perhaps something got corrupted, or you uninstalled them somehow.As for your mod list, instead of listing out a different website, you can post it here directly from LOOT. Just go into your setting menu in LOOT and there is a "Copy Load order" selection. Just hit that and paste it here in a spoiler tab.
