[LE] Problem with creating quests

Alright. So here's the situation, I'm building a mod that adds stories me and my friend have written to skyrim, stories are added in and tested.

I've hidden them in various places around skyrim.

I wanted to add a NPC that travels from place to place that sells them, is custom voiced and has custom dialogue. Here's the problem.

 

So I do the normal process, create a quest, unique id, name, close, reopen for the options. But, every time I reopen the quest I get a black screen. Using windows 10. I have to restart my entire PC. However, if I right click and click edit the window opens, but when I click on a tab it does it again. I've tried reinstalling twice, even tried starting an entirely new mod and it still did it.

 

I'm at my wits end. I mean I don't HAVE to add the NPC, but I'd like to. It gives the mod more quality.

 

Also the icon next to the form id in the quest data view has a yellow box with a question mark in it, don't know if that's relevant.

 

Also I've tried at least six times and it happens always. Really aggravating.

Also I have a AMD Radeon R4 graphics card if that matters.
