Character moving 2x speed

Suddenly my character moves twice as fast as the rest of the game, including falling/jumping. I'd been playing for hours without issue, and i haven't changed my mods in days.

 

player.getav speedmult returns 100

show timescale returns 20

sgtm 1 makes no difference

ctrl+prtscr will make me move normal speed, but everything else drops to half speed

 

VSync is enabled, FPS capped at 58 (averaging ~45), no OC

That's very strange that it would just randomly start happening like that. Perhaps your game updated and corrupted? Try a clean install: https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/906390-cleaning-skyrim-for-fresh-install/

 

I would also suggest having the bottom of your load order:

XPMSE

Alternate Start <--- I would suggest this. It actually helps stabilize your game by allowing it to run scripts before you intro into the game.

i just fixed it and now i feel like an idiot

i accidentally toggled SHOT's 'slow time' feature, which for reasons that elude me sped me up instead of slowing everything down ::T i think i'll be unbinding that hotkey
