undergriund bathouse always crashes on startup for me...

when i activate this mod http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/27361/? (the underground bathouse and paradise valley) my game always ctd's after Bethesda logo. i can get almost every other mod to work but this one...no dice. here's my load order for everything else, and to show what mods i use.

here's every mod i am running, i used fnis, and i am using loot. any ideas as to why this might be? is there a mod conflict? is there a req plugin? what could be up, and yeah, i'm on windows 8.1, and using steam version. i could think i should fomod install again...well, i will try, but i doubt it will work.

srill didn't work, but i did get another house mod to work.
