Better Lighting Mod?

After no small research, okay, it seems that SE has some light / bright issues as in, in the Jarl's Place, Your Home, Inn's and such - it's really really dark.

 

I tried turning up the Brightness setting, but that just made .. well it was not a good answer.

 

So I'm trying to figure out if any of you found a good mod that 'cures' the inside dark issues?

 

I have to case a Mage Light to see in some cases ... if I have the brightness set to mid range, where it's just right outside, but too dark in side.

 

Any mods as I've looked (read a few) and was going, " I don't see that this fixes it." and admittedly I'm not wanting to try A. then B. then C.

 

So strong recommendations would be greatly appreciated. :)
