Texture/Mesh issue at forearm

My char use actually a recolored version (maded for myself) of the Elven Archer Armor and there is an annoying visible issue now at it.

When i stretch the string of a bow, a part of the forearm texture looks like they going pulled apart smaller.
Its only in this anmation with a bow and only the arm who strech the string, never saw that at any other animation part.

So i tested this also with a vanilla-armor (the vampire) and also without any to see, if that come from the body or from the armor self.
Tested also with some other vanilla-bows if it is a problem with my custom bow.

And it seems, its coming from the Elven Archer Armor, vanilla-armor have also a bit texture-clipping at the back of hands, but not that smallerstretching at the forearm.

So i may ask if someone know a way to fix this annoying thing.
