Is there a mod that removes AP drain while holding breath in Power Armor?

Holding breath while aiming drains AP in Power Armor. Worse still, that drained AP will also drain the Power Core, which makes absolutely no friggin sense. For one, holding still on a Power Armor should not cost AP, because a Power Armor is a machine, and not moving a machine does not consume energy. And not moving a machine should definitely not drain its power core.

 

Since the vanilla mechanic is completely stupid, is there a mod that changes this?
