LE [Naruto] Lord Killer B!

Can someone* help me make my character look more like Killer B from Naruto?

In my opinion he is the most bad-ass character in the whole series.

For the transformation I need (From Easiest to Hardest):

 

15: Stats

14. War Paint

13. Skin Color

12. Glasses

11. Head Band

10. Hair

9. Clothes

8. Lightning Blades (One Handed)

7. Samehada (Two Handed) (Absorbs Stamina, Magica. Blocking nullifies magic)

6. Throwing Pencils

5. Jinchūriki Stone/Skill Tree

4. Hurricane Shout/Spell (Like Blizzard minus the Ice) (Does extra cutting damage)

3. Proper Housing / Village

2. Tailed Beast Ball (Shout) (Devastating, Long Recharge)

1. And possibly the ability to Septuple-Wield? ^^ (See 'Seven Swords Dance') (I doubt anyone would do this )
