Odd ground texture bug

Hey guys, I'm having a bit of an odd problem here and I'm wondering if anyone else might've seen this and know what the cause would be.

In the Rift, certain ground textures are black (but not without detail) and the leaf textures on it are blue and transparent. I don't recall seeing this ever before so I'm fairly certain It's not a default texture that i've just been ignoring, but I cannot for the life of me think of what mod might be causing it.

Did you install any texture mod (they usually don't come with an esp and so not in your list)

Nope, none that I can think of.

Well good news, I think I found the cause. For anyone else who may experience this, the mod "Spiderwick Manor" causes it.
