jezamarie
I want to add keywords to a stand alone item to make it activate perk bonuses properly. I load Skyrim.esm first. Then I open the plugin as active. The item is fine and dandy, but when I go to add keywords to it, there are none in the list and typing anything into the EDID form just highlights it red and nothing happens. What in the world am I missing? Otherwise the plugin is working just fine. I just want my heavy armor bonus and my temper bonus >:(
jezamarie
Well, I figured out what to do. Use Skyedit to view plugins and the masters and use TesSnip to actually modify them with hexadecimal. Tedious, but Skyedit and I don't get along. Here's the results of my Heavy Armor wearing Orc with all the perks utilized yay! http://www.skyrimnexus.com/imageshare/image.php?id=30791 and http://www.skyrimnexus.com/imageshare/image.php?id=30792 Totally worth the effort
NekoShana
I found a way. Open Skyrim.esm, then expand keywords. Then i recommend useing the filter funtcion to find the keywords your looking for. Then right click on them one at the time and export to .csv file. Or hold down ctrl and mark all the ones you want if they are located under the same category and then export. This way all the keywords you have marked will be exported in the same file. Then open your own mod and expand keywords and make sure keywords are highlighted. then you import the .csv under the "File" menu. Dont know if you have to sort them in to the diffrent categorys under keywords. Edit : Just noticed that they sort them self in to the right category. Edit 2 : I really need to verify things before i post them. Just did this to my own mod and then noticed that i did not recive the light armor perk bonus even with the keywords added. Something is still missing. >_< Edit 3 : Finally got it to work. Had to change the "FormID" for the keywords useing TESsnip to match the "FormID" the keywords have in Skyrim.esm.
