Help with assigning NPC outfits with skyedit

I want to change the default settings and outfits to sertain NPC's with skyedit.

Specifically i would want to be able to, per say, change the sex of a summoned dremora lord, or the equiped armor for all gaurds.

I know it may be simple, but im no experienced modder, and it might not be.

if anyone can tell me how to do this it would be very helpful.
