mod development help warglaives of azzinoth

hello i need some one to UV map and/ or create textures for a mod i am trying to make which basically adds the warglaives of azzinoth from world of warcraft into oblivion i have the 3d model/ mesh which can be found here:

If no one themselves is able to help can someone point be towards either someone who may help me with it or any tutorials for it as i tried doing it myself but the blades just came out as purple so i dnt no how to do it
