texture problem (BirthSign)

I created a new birthsign, and in the tes I selected my icon: Menus \ BirthSign. Then I created the icons smaller, based on the original, renaming them in this way:

 

Data\textures\menus\birthsign\birthsign_the newbirthsign.dds

Data\textures\menus\stats\small_birthsign\small_the_newbirthsign.dds

Data\textures\menus50\birthsign\birthsign_the newbirthsign.dds

Data\textures\menus50\stats\small_birthsign\small_the_newbirthsign.dds

Data\textures\menus80\birthsign\birthsign_the newbirthsign.dds

Data\textures\menus80\stats\small_birthsign\small_the_newbirthsign.dds

 

I saved all files in DXT3, I uncheck Build mipmaps and I check alpha channels (in photoshop alpha channel is totally white).

I created the icons with photoshop cutting and pasting parts of different textures. Then I combined levels

I think I did right, but the game does not display icons.

I tried everything possible, but I can not understand what the problem

someone could help me?

I'm not sure, because I used an original birthsign. I did not touch the alpha channel. What should I do?

Re-check the alpha channels in your new icons and make sure they're okay. If they are, send me some copies of the misbehaving icons and I'll punish them take a look.
