LE Game checks race when you tranform everytime

When you becom a werewolf or vamp lord the game only checks your race the first time this is a simple mod that makes it so skyrim always checks your race on every transformation instead of only the first that way if you do change your race after becoming a werewolf or vamp lord you don't change back to the previous race.
