Rennn
Some people here may have played King's Field 4, but it doesn't really matter if you did or not because I'm about to explain stuff. It was a very atmospheric, dreamlike (or nightmarish, I guess, lol) game, partially because it was so slow and methodical in terms of gameplay. Even your sword was somewhat in slow-motion. Is there any way to slow down everything in Oblivion? Not just attacks and that kind of thing, but everything, including turning speed, running speed, sword speed, spell speed, etc? It'd help with a mod I'm working on. EDIT:The attack speed is straightforward after looking in the CS, I guess. Turning speed is as simple as reducing sensitivity, but it only works with a controller, since a slow mouse is infuriating. Now I'll just disable running and lower all the weapon speeds. I wonder if it's possible to increase the stamina consumption of attacks? DrakeTheDragon
There's a console command utilized by the slow motion mods out there, doing exactly that, slowing the whole game, globally, down by the factor given. I'll see if I can pick up its name somewhere. It was something along the lines of "...time...mult..."...
