Pink Faces on random NPC's

I modded my fallout new vegas heavily with a ton of mods (your usual project nevada and a crap ton of texture mods) and some NPC's have pink faces. Its not game breaking but it ruins the immersion for me. I currently have the following mods

There's your problem: "a crap ton of texture mods". See the "Issue: Pink Screen or textures" entry in the "Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting" guide.

 

Also "Zan AutoPurge" is not recommended for FNV. Instead, see "Solution-2c" under the 'Issue: CTD without warning, "Out of Memory error", or stops responding after the Main Menu' entry of the "Troubleshooting" guide.

it seems you're using FCO together with Redesigned 3, which is not recommended by the mod author. Try disable or delete FCO, also which version of FCO are you using ?

 

Try installing the 2.3 version of FCO and then the newest version, this should fix the purple faces.
