It could be done. Provided Beth spent the time and effort rebuilding the Havok engine. As it is, the only 'havoc' it currently creates is its programming, which is so bad that if a Computer Science student handed in the Skyrim binaries for a project, they would fail.

 

If Skyrim was fully 64bit and well-written, dynamically loading the Skyrim world and all of the sub-maps would be a cakewalk.

It already happened in Oblivion in open citys so thats not true, infact it improved performance a bit infact.

I would also like to see something like this happen to Skyrim, sense it is based on the Gamebryo, actually it still is the gamebryo engine tweaked with some new additional code based on another uknown engine??
