How to copy Editor + Form ID's from Skyrim.esm to an xx.esp?

I'm learning to use SkyEdit, but I can't seem to copy from the .esm to the .esp.

 

Say for instance "LItemMiscVendorSoulGemFull" (0x0009AF12) into an .esp to create a mod which removes the possility of bying full soul gems.

If I go to the directory of Leveled Item, and select 'new', I get a fresh FormID. Which I don't want (nor I think will work).

Edit - cut/copy/paste are greyed out

 

So in short: How do I get the exact FormID?
