littleork Posted February 21, 2017 Share Posted February 21, 2017 Hi everyone, I ported one of my mod to SSE and when I went to create the archive it made me create 2 bsa, inital one had all my scripts in it, 2nd one seems to be for textures. I didn't really question it and uploaded my mod but some users seems to be concerned about it. Is that normal behavior or am I doing something wrong? Deleted3897072User Posted February 21, 2017 Share Posted February 21, 2017 Reassure your users that it's normal for SSE. The SSE CK splits off textures because they would have to be differently formatted for XBox whereas scripts and so on, wouldn't. So it bundles them up separately. The game understands this and knows to load both bsa's if it finds them both. You can force your textures and scripts into a single bsa if you use the Archive.exe outside of the CK and that will load just fine, too. Some people do that because it feels better.
