Does the OBJ format keep the animation skeleton?

I've made a Wyrm for Skyrim, by editing the Skyrim vanilla Dragon model, and since I have the new Blender I had to work on it in a OBJ format.

 

Does this pose a bit of trouble for me once I start doing the animations for it?
