Crashing from casting spells

I was at dagon's shrine for the main quest and i was saved at the part where your supposed to kill the prisoner but i wouldn't matter anyway so i just attacked the mythic dawn. I was able to kill almost all of them in the main room with fingers of the mountain but then i crashed when i casted another one. I loaded up the save again and i killed some guys but then the game crashed again from casting spells. I tried this several times, even switching up ranged spells, but it would actually crash sooner, since i would only be able to kill one or two guys each time. On my last try, the game crashed immediately when i casted a frost touch spell on the guy who took your stuff. I tried tweaking OSR and i have the 4gb patch plus enboost, but nothing works. Specs aren't the issue either, i have an i7 quad core processor, 16gb ram, and an AMD R9 380 which is way more than enough for a 10+ year old game

 

P.S not sure if this is related, but sometime i also crash when i change clothes (i crashed when i put shoes on my bare feet once, what the hell Oblivion?!), so it could be a memory issue

 

EDIT: It looks like the game crashes when a mythic dawn is killed and their armor disappears so its still a spell issue. After i used console commands to kill all in the main room, i went to the next room and killed one with a sword which crashed the game. Earlier in the main quest, i was crashing when the mythic dawn recruiter and his goons summoned their armor so i had to spam paralyze to keep them from summoning their armor. Strangely, they didn't causes crashes at Weynon Priory but this is ridiculous, the 360 version never crashed this much :sad:
