CTD without warning/error message, and freezes

I've been having major problems with ctds ever since i got back to playing skyrim, and before getting back to it i deleted 2 mods, amidianborn, and SIMI. At the same time i installed Vilja and a few other minor mods. I think it has something to do with my load order.

according to my ini file the graphic card is set at sD3DDevice="Intel® HD Graphics 4600"

1. Make sure your inconsequential NPCs mod is before any ETaC .esp that it adds. On his compatibility page for ETaC he suggests this.
2. Alternate start should be at the very bottom of your load order. If you aren't using LOOT, you should be; and if you are, then you aren't clicking apply after hitting SORT.
3. Your FNIS, animations, and XPMSE should be at the bottom of your load order above Alternate start. I'll demonstrate this below.
4. Your sexlab mods may not be compatible with others. Make sure you read those pages carefully.
5. Yes, your graphics setting should be set to whatever you are using I believe. I'm no expert in that area (let alone any area).

So here is the load order I suggest to people often:
Skyrim
Update
Dawnguard
Hearthfires
Dragonborn
Unofficial Skyrim Legendary Edition Patch
[Other .esms]
HighResTexturePack1,2,3
Unofficial High Res Patch
[utility Mods] (things like SKSE Scripts, UI Extensions, papyrus util)
[All other .esps/mods]
Modern Brawl Bugs Fix
[Texture mods] (Mods that make skyrim look better)
[body Textures/Meshes] (Mods that make NPC or player look better)
FNIS
[Animation Mods]
XPMSE
Alternate Start
[Anything LOOT sorts after it]

Sort your load order with LOOT and let it take priority of where it places your mods. This is just a guideline.

 

Also, make sure that if using Mod organizer that your left side load order and right side match above, then when you get LOOT working, sort with it. It will organize the right, then match the left to the right pane.

 

Make sure that when you make these or any changes to your Skyrim after moving/altering/deleting mods, you start a new game. Skyrim bakes scripts into your save and when those files go missing, it can cause crashes.

 

Also, for stability sake, I would suggest you check out the Crash Fixes mod.

It seems crashing and freezing have been fixed. Now all thats left is trying to keep a stable fps. vsync is off, what else should i do to stabilize it?

 

Edit: it doesnt seem like vsync is working since fps keeps on going above 60, the range is from 29-75

Anything over 60 is hazardous. You can cap your FPS with http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/34/? to stop at 58 or so. Also, if using windows 10, you can optimize your system for it. One of the weirdest things for me was the XBOX dvr for my computer was interfering with my skyrim fps; even though I had never used the stupid app nor activated it. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=500687692
