SkjoldBjorn
Yes yes, so im working on my project, the armor is done, i know how it should be and im using like 5 different meshes on it right now.But i have some issues, parts of the armor is supposed to be static in other words, not moving or bending with another piece of the armor. So far i've tried: - Weighting, it seems that i got one piece if the armor to stay put and not moving like a wiggly tail.- bone wight copy from another mesh My problem is that the frontal part, which is long enough to count as a skirtbone i guess, moves and bends with the skirt as you move or in a specific pose like the combat stance.I thought this was a simple weighting issue (obviously i was wrong) so i tried correcting it by assigning weight by hand, but that only made the mesh to stay closer to it's position, but did not prevent the bending from animations.I have not assigned any bones to this mesh that would make it stretch like this. Anyone got an idea of what i can do here? http://i80.photobucket.com/albums/j183/Siomir/Skyrim%20Mods/2012-01-11_00001.jpg you can clearly see part of the armor bend not far from the tighs. This is an old picture of my project, the armor now looks abit better so to say, but the problem remains the same.
