Modding issues w/ stuff spawning.

Hey all,

So I've been modding Oldrim for quite awhile, but just barely decided to play Special Edition and I was just firing up a few mods. I have cleaned the master files with SSEEdit and used LOOT to get my load order set.

In all, the issue seems to be with texture mods.

Load Order:
0 0 Skyrim.esm
1 1 Update.esm

6 6 ApachiiHair.esm **No hairstyles spawn, everyone is bald**

I have yet to notice any other issues as of yet. If I could get some ideas on how to fix what mostly seems to be the issue that would be greatly appreciated!
