Hi, i wanted to make shrouded armor look like nightingale armor, so I extracted nightingale meshes, renamed them as shrouded and put in Data folder, but unfortunately here's what i got:

Can you tell me how to hide these face parts so it looks like nightingale?

The Nightingale armor uses the head biped slot, so when it equips it removes the actual head model but the shrouded hood does not, it just uses the hair slot ect, also it does not have an EGM file for not using the head slot so it will no conform to the shape of the face. You need to edit the armor with something like Skyedit or Ck when its out to use the head slot to.

I guess you could move verticies to widen the mask itself to conceal the face and parts of the neck that you don't want to show.

the mask inside the hood is not very big, if you check out the nightingale hood mod on the nexus that displays the mask without the hood you will see the mask as it looks inside the hood, you can use that mod to see what he did and learn from that for example?

What kind of body part did you choose in skyedit and what partition did you use in nifskope?

I am not into modding, in fact it is my first attempt at modding in skyrim, also i haven't found any skyedit tutorials, so i just click things and see what happens

edit: HELL YEAH some time spent with skyedit and i did it! i opened armo files of shrouded and nightingale hoods and compared them, checked right body parts and it's working

thanks for help guys ;D
