Sunnie Posted February 2, 2012 Share Posted February 2, 2012 I think he means to "darken" an area, not light it up, like the water arrows put out torches in the Thief series. Not sure how feasible that will be, Thief had some engine coding specifically in the engine to handle turning on and off light sources when collided with specific objects (the water arrow). I'm pretty sure that it could be done in Skyyrim, but it will likely take some fancy scripting and some support from SKSE. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I figured I necro the thread in case jet, jak, ash or sunnie still had any interest. I pretty much know how to get the whole thing put together. The whole thing hinges on the arrow mechanics. So until they work, then there is not much need in worrying about the looks. Unless someone wants to help me out on that.
