1) create a wrybash patch

2) more important, create a ssedit merged patch to resolve your many conflicts. Hand edit it to remove all leveled lists from it, and to decide who,wins when conflicts are found.

 

In the end, you may have to untick 10 mods at a time until you find the offending one.
