Newbie needs help Over Greedy with mods heres my failed list can you help

Hi guys, strated to play skyrim , absolutely hooked found the Nexus for my sins and stuffed myself full with the following mods. Game runs for 2 mins then dies, ive done a bashed patch ive cleaned what i can with Tes5edit and used loot and mod organizer. Maybe overkill , well heres my mod list maybe some wise one can tell me what to keep and what to sack to get my game running right. Hope you can help.

If you aren't using Crash Fixes, you may want to check out that mod. Also I would suggest getting XP32 Maximum Skeleton Extended since you have some mods that mess with the combat and such.

Make sure that you don't alter/move/delete any mods on an active save. This can cause crashes. It's best to start a new game if you do.

Since you are using mod organizer, make sure you understand the basics. Make sure you also have the left pane matching the right as much as possible.
