LE Tenchu - Ayame's armor

Hello! is there anyone who can make Ayame's armor from Tenchu?

I know there is a mod in oblivion made by Unrealrogue, I don't know if anyone can get his/her permission to transfer the mod to Skyrim.

Is this possible? I really like the armor. Too bad there isn't any asian female mod, since Ayame is an asian female.
