9ogo Posted February 26, 2017 Share Posted February 26, 2017 So about a year or two ago I remember using this mod that created a sort of rune-like magic effect (similar as many anime do) when casting a spell, it would either appear on the palms or around the player if it was one of the master spells, i dont remember if it did anything for other schools of magic, but destruction had it.
