CTD problem

am having a problem with Bound Sword Spell

in my 35 lvl character it crashes whenever i use it

but at the same character but older save like lvl 3 it works perfectly

i have some mods but disabling them didnt help

i also reinstalled skyrim from the start i have the same problem :)
